WEF 2021

why hire a private photographer?

your show photos are more than just you over that chunky oxer. like showing, it's about the moments in between: the pep talks at the in-gate, that chunky oxer, petting your pony as you come out of the ring, and the quiet moments between the warm-up ring and the in-gate.

that's where i come in handy!

at this time, i am only planning on attending weeks 1-8 of WEF. while things may change, i will only accept clients for these weeks until they do.

what are people saying?

what are people saying?

“we couldn't have found a more talented, creative, hardworking and cheerful photographer. shelby captured the fun, grit and love that goes into horseshowing. she was a cheerleader ringside, always had a sincere smile on her face, and put the riders and horses at ease. we asked for a grouping of candid shots, and got back images that showed the strong connection between horse and rider, the commitment of the trainers and the athleticism of our equine partners. she is our go-to!”

FAQ

how many photos do i receive?

you receive 8-12 ring + candid photos per horse, daily. all photos are downloadable with a subtle watermark for social media sharing. printing options are available, and will come without the watermark.

how do i receive my photos?

your photos will be available to you same-day via a personalized online gallery.

how does payment work?

half-circuit clients are required to pay a 25% downpayment up front. the outstanding balance is divided into 6 separate payments. these payments are due by the monday of each week.

what if you miss my class?

while i do everything in my power to make it to your class (and i haven't missed one yet, knock on wood), mistakes might happen. should this be the case, you would receive a $125 refund for the day.
